Shipping and Returns: Company Policies

Artisan Findings is a division of Elaine Coyne Galleries. Elaine Coyne Galleries has been supplying jewelry to the trade since 1974. When ordering artwear items for the first time, brass stampings can be exchanged so long as we receive an email notification within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Any stampings that you wish to exchange cannot be altered in any way (i.e. drilled, soldered, glued, etc.). However, Artwear Pendants are custom made to order and cannot be returned once ordered. Please note that the finishes on the Artwear Pendants are art finishes and can be damaged if heat (soldering torch) chemicals or mechanical pressure is applied. We do not accept returns on Artwear Pendants. Each finish is one-of-a-kind, but they will arrive looking very close to the photograph.

Our stampings are all made out of solid brass and you can do anything with them, any type of soldering, gluing or piercing (just don't return them after you've altered them :-).

Shipping is via Fedex or USPS within the continental United States. We ship insured via United States Postal Service for international deliveries. Within the continental US, our flat-rate shipping is $8. For international deliveries, we will add on the additional shipping and email you the amount. For example, shipments to Europe via USPS are generally in the $20 range. We will email you with the exact cost on international shipments.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be accompanied by an RA number. To get an RA number for a return, call 1-800-741-2523 to our Elaine Coyne Galleries corporate offices.
