Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Orders within the US are shipped free if they are over $35.00. If your order is less than $35, we charge the lowest USPS rate.
We can ship internationally via DHL, which runs quicker, but also costs more. Your shipping cost internationally will be assessed at the lowest USPS prices. If you desire DHL, just drop us a note and we will check and see if there is a further cost. We can send you a Paypal invoice for the difference.
Returns: Just click the Contact button and we will get back to you for anything that didn't come in the way you expected.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
